I.R.B.I.M.S.P.U
"I AM EXPERIMENT 009 THE LAST IN A SEEMINGLY FAILED PROJECT."
Name: Experiment 009
But prefers; Ex, or X9.
Species: Absol
Gender: Female
Faction: Currently Neutral but she is rather impressionable.
"I AM A LAB ANIMAL, CREATED FROM CHEMICALS I WAS NEVER BORN, AND I MIGHT NEVER DIE."
Ability: Blaze
Gift: Minor invisibility. She can momentarily disappear. This only lasts for a few seconds, and can only be activated if she feels threatened. Not knowing a threatening creature from pure looks, she is never sure when she'll disappear.
Hold Item: Focus sash, worn around the neck or tied in a bow at the base of her tail, depending on the day.
Attacks:
Sunny day - Will-o-wisp, Lava plume - Night slash Fire Wheel - Razor wind Fire blast - Substitute Thief - Sword dance
Talents: Besides the familiar one of being able to tell when a natural disaster occurs, the only other thing X9 seems to have a knack for is getting into and causing trouble.
She is also a fire/dark type. Not that this seems a talent.
"I AM SPECIAL. A MACHINE MORE THAN CREATURE. DESIGNED FOR A NUMBER OF REASONS. THE PERFECT BEAST."
Personality:
As a side-effect from the wiping of her memory, X9 seems blank and mute personality-wise. She is silent and calculating, and though she isn't aware of things, she learns reasonably fast for a creature raised in a lab. Naive as can be, she often wanders where she shouldn't and gets herself into fights. Not being a lucky creature, these fights usually end up with her groaning in pain in a dark alley somewhere, wondering what she did that particular time. She is subtly inquisitive and stores all of the things she has learned in a series of 'folders' in her mind. She can pick a topic and recite all she knows uncontrollably, which is usually not much as her time in the world has been forgotten, but it is usually vile or vulgar snippets she heard on the tongues of others. X9 has no sense of words, whether they are bad or good, and is insulting without being aware of it. Pride, love, joy, sadness, rage, all are foreign emotions to her, and if she has experienced any of them she is unaware of it.
As mentioned, she rarely speaks unless spoken to or curious enough to do so. Talking is odd to her, and she rolls her syllables and plays with words without noticing it. A so-called majestic creature like an absol doesn't seem so when it's testing out all the possible combination's of 'hello'. She doesn't seem very intimidating, whether this is because of her smaller size or horrible speech abilities is beyond her, but she isn't scary, not even to the little animals she hunts. They usually end up laughing themselves to literal death, at which point she'll confusedly chow down. She can't help being 'new' to the world.
Walking and running, though an obvious physical movement, perplexes her. She stumbles here and there, like a child, and it often earns her jeers or cruel laughter. Far from having the grace of a swan- or altaria in this case- she has that of a psyduck. Although she is wobbly, X9 is fast on her feet and despite the tripping of said paws, she can really move it when the need arises. Which it does. Quite a lot, as her need to learn often makes her push others into explanations. Her constant caterwauling is annoying and more than once already has this absol been knocked off her feet by the critters she chooses to bother.
Jumpy because of her inability to tell the bad from the good, X9 rarely attaches herself to other pokemon unless they show her even a smidgen of kindness. Like a dog she is loyal to whoever will 'scratch behind her ears' in the figurative sense, and this is put to good use. Though one thing is always good to remember if she begins to hang around you- loyalty does not mean she likes you. Or respects you. Or even wants to follow you around. It means her so-called 'endearing trailing' is little more than a strange tug of will that makes her follow after you. She doesn't like you -though she might, if she knew the general definition and which feeling that was- but she will repay kindness however she can. This is easily taken advantage of, and it has been before- her range of 'repayment tactics' ranging from assassination to thievery. Honor and morals are a foreign concept. Good and bad are the same, and not distinguishable by any prickling of feeling.
Overall her personality is that of a three year old humans. She gets into everything, makes a mess of everything, and causes trouble to herself and whoever she happens to meet. With no fighting bone in her body - at least not that she's aware of - her attacks rarely get any use unless threatened or attacked. The fact she has seen other absols without her fire abilities unnerves the creature, and so she tries to keep those little traits under wraps. Running is her main option in conflict and she puts it to good use, dashing off from whatever steps in her path. Without the knowledge of the emotion 'fear' she runs blind, not even knowing why she is leaving, just knowing her body wants her too. Feelings are not something she has most of the time, and even if such little blips appear, they seem minuscule and not enough to influence her actions. Happiness is something she doesn't know, and though her mouth may twitch into a smile from time to time- she has no clue why.
"BUT I HAVE A WIPED MIND. THE WORLD IS NEW. I AM NEW. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN FORGOTTEN."
Description:
Shiny is a simple term, but it can mean so much or so little depending on the one who hears it. To X9 'shiny' has absolutely no meaning. She distinguishes the oddly colored simply by their color- calling herself a 'red absol' and every other absol just plain 'absol'. Shiny holds no sway in her mind, it is a word she has gotten used to being thrown at her, a word she will nod at and understands but one she doesn't and won't use. It is nothing, for red is red and blue is blue, no matter what you decide to label it.
Her short facial fur is a dark red- nearly red-black in its shadowed depths, and it sits under a feathering of pick-tinted ruffled white fur. This longer fur covers the majority of her body, a large and fluffy mass she takes pride in... though she may not know that feeling is called pride. The 'ruff' or 'collar' of thicker fur most absols claim is wilder on her- curly and swirly like a wild animals tangled and matted fur. It is thick and protects her otherwise bare throat- it is obviously hard for any beast to get through that protective layer of fur. Tufts of these little curls are seen on her legs as well- smaller but just as delicate looking. On her front legs the swirls sit just below the red spikes her kind can claim, and on the hind they sit just at about the ankles, below the spikes.
X9 has long red claws, sharp tools of destruction. If only she knew how to use them! Instead of large spaced-out feet, she has smaller and narrower paws, complete with a trio of claws on each foot. Her tri-pointed crimson tail follows this trend of three, waving like a signal fire behind her. A red oval, set in the center of her forehead within the cloaking of white-pinkish fur, sits at a jaunty tilt. Her eyes, large and almond shaped, are a bright shade of sea-foam green, and she loves the color despite rarely seeing her own reflection.
"ALL I KNOW IS THAT I WILL END IN FLAMES. EVERYTHING WILL END IN FLAMES BECAUSE OF MY RAGE."
History:
From the view of the experiment.
Cold. I awoke to cold. Trapped in a cylinder of fluorescent liquid, the blindingly bright water stinging and soothing my body all at once. Tubes ran from my legs to places of THE OUTSIDE, and black liquid ran back and forth in those stretches of cord. I can't remember why I had been placed in this tube, but through the foggy glass I could make out humans and pokemon alike scuttling about. Other tubes, of varying colors, ran the length of the walls. I saw my brothers in there. Brothers only- for I was the only successful female to be 'born'.
You see, the humans were working to create a... monster. Like mewtwo, in a tragic incident so many years back, they wished a powerful creation to be brought to life. A creature just as strong as the legendary one, but with less of a will. No one was ever sure what we were created for. At what use were we to be put to? There was no war in that time. Nothing requiring such wondrous beings. But we were formed none the less. I am experiment number nine, and I am the end.
It began with a caterpie, Simple creatures, simple DNA. Compact body, nub feet, not very... willful. they work like tiny machines, eating away at trees and ravaging orchards. Number 001, he was called, and I still remember him well. His tube was farthest from mine, as we were in order, but those rare occasions we were all forced into one 'tube' as the workers cleaned our individual ones, I chatted with him. Not a very intelligent being, but kind enough as machines go. I won't explain experiments 002 - 008, but I will tell you their species for reference. In order, naturally. Nincada, torchic, croconaw, seelio, espeon, pupitar, ninetales. My favorite was ninetales. We always joked how he should have been 009, and we were close. Perhaps more than friends, if you look at it that way, but we had little emotions at the time of THE CREATION. Anyways, let us continue with my tale.
Something went wrong, as was predictable. A chemical mixed, something slipped, and I was altered even more. I had been normal in the beginning. Blue, white, normal, but my color altered in this accident. I suppose, looking back, they may have been trying to create pokemon with high-profit shiny pelts to make money. I don't know if that is the truth, but it is a possibility. After blue turned red and the white of my thick tangle of fur took on a pinkish tint, there was some sort of celebration. I watched from my tube as some sort of sweet object was sliced into, dished out, and appreciatively munched. I remember wanting to taste that object of THE OUTSIDE so bad that I might kill for it. I cannot explain the feeling, as it is an urge unexplainable, but when my mind sets on something my body acts of its own accord. It ended in flames, as EXPERIMENT MEWTWO had. I fled. We all fled, as the tubes were burst in the fray. I remember being covered in cake, and 008 licking it off me. Everyone was appreciative of the escape. I was confused.
When I fixate on something I rampage. If I cannot get it I lust after it until I have whatever I want and more. It is a habit I believe is a side affect- as the murderous nature does not feel my own at all- but there is little I can do to stop or control it. I try to bottle this up, and do well to suppress it... but once it begins I cannot stand in the way of whatever monster lurks inside me. After a year of trying to control that creature within, I had 008 use his power on me. Ninetales erased my mind, erased my memories. I was fresh, blank, and completely new to the world. I still am. The most I know of is that I am Experiment 009, an absol, red, and have the unusual type of fire.
How do I remember this to tell you then? I dream. Wild fitful dreams that always end in flames and broken glass. I'm not sure why, but the humans 'Cake' makes me cringe. Human food in general does. I hunt on my own, or take berries or less threatening scraps. I scavenge when I cannot track, and go hungry on occasion. I use my fire as any pokemon uses their normal attacks. I survive, and though I am ignorant in this world, I am strong and persistent.
I will not die in this strange town I long since ran to. Sootopolis is my new playground, and from the ashes of my past i will rise to something more than a test-tube monster.
"AND JUST LIKE LAST TIME- IT'S ALL MY FAULT."

There are some typos here and there, but they don't matter much. Also, there are real animals to be hunted by carnivorous/omnivorous Pokémon, just because it makes the whole food chain thing much simpler, but again, it's only a small detail. Otherwise, fine bio. :D
Accepted.
