Personality: : Scout’s the kind of pokémon who doesn’t believe in limits others set. She believes that, because she was an eevee, and eevees have the potential to be flareons and jolteons, that she could learn to use electric and fire moves. She’s taught herself thundershock—technically she can only run a static-level pulse through her fur. Her ember can maybe light a candle or a cigarette, but it’s not even enough to burn anything. She meditates and is a little spiritual—which is how she’s able to do a Zen Headbutt.
She thinks people take things too seriously. She likes to have fun, to fool around. Yet she’s bitter-doesn’t believe in things like love and friendship. Sure she has "friends" but she doesn't trust them as much as she could. [/center]
There's a room where the light won't find you
Holding hands while the walls come tumbling down
When they do I'll be right behind you
She’s sarcastic and snarky, and very prone to making fun of anything and everything that humors her. She likes to collect things, she has books, pillows, and other little things that catch her interest. She’s prone to just laying down on high up places. She loves being up high, climbing buildings and such.
She tries not to kill anything that isn’t prey. She’s still new enough to the city to be naïve. She thinks people think pokémon are just dumb animals, so she doesn’t give them much respect in turn. She does use Charm on anyone she thinks might give her a piece of hotdog or a chip or candy bar. She loves chocolate. She knows a couple of pet pokémon, and she knows a couple of balconies she can sleep on. Those people, the few nice people in the city, are usually who she goes to on rainy nights to sleep. She has her own little hidey-hole, where she keeps her collection, but she doesn’t like to go there too often in case anyone notices and follows and takes her stuff. Her hidey-hole has no light. She is not a fighter. She’s much more likely to use a confuse ray or shadow ball and then run off then to get into a full battle. When she had been some trainer's pokemon she had only been used for her Attract and Confuse Ray, really.
Talents: Able to use a weak fire move and a weak electric move. Able to read (she steals books.)

So glad we've almost made it
So sad they had to fade it
Everybody wants to rule the world
So sad they had to fade it
Everybody wants to rule the world
Description:
Normal looking for an umbreon, not shiny. Her tail is a little longer and furrier than other umbreons and her neck is fuzzy. She wears a bronze chain with a silver-colored (probably nickel) ankh on it—won't say where it’s from but it’s special to her. If she does ever say where it’s from, it’s a lie. She always has a different story for it, from being given it from a tourist, to defeating a magical onix with a watering can.
She really does look normal for an Umbreon. Her eyes are a soupy, sharpie-red. She has gold colored rings that she can make glow on cue, one on her head, one around each ear, one on each shoulder and hip. One broken one around her tail, not a perfect circle because of the fur of her tail. Her snout is pronounced just enough to notice.
I can't stand this indecision
Married with a lack of vision
Everybody wants to rule the world
Say that you'll never never never never need it
One headline, why believe it?
Everybody wants to rule the world
History:
Scout used to have a trainer, before she split and stayed in the city. His name was Oliver Tucker; he got her as an egg and evolved her into an Umbreon purposely. She never knew her parents. She had believed he was really a friend to his pokémon, which allowed her to evolve in the first place. She discovered later, however, that he just believed his pokémon was his property. He had showered her with love and vitamins and a shiny soothe bell when she was an eevee, but it was all an act just to evolve her. This is why she ran into off when he was visiting the city. She hasn’t been here long, maybe a year. Nothing particularly bad has happened to her, nothing to break her anyway.
For the year she lived in the city she's discovered and claimed a hidey-hole, found favorite perches, met a Golduck that taught her to meditate and the move Zen Headbutt, taught herself ember and thundershock (having shocked herself several times in the past), learned how to climb buildings, made a good small collection of books and pillows and toys and shiny things (Snatch, it's a good move), and learned to hunt properly enough to survive.
