PERMANENT BANS
- Completely immortal characters. By default, 'immortal' is defined as having an unlimited lifespan, but still able to be killed through physical means (gunshots, battle wounds, limb dismemberment, etcetc.). Susceptible to disease is optional.
-- All 'undead' characters (ghost, spirits, zombies) can be killed through exorcism/other things like that by default. Because they really can't be there forever, folks.
