Not so much a talent, Ciela is very calm and motherly. She has a knack for berries and healing. It might count as a talent that it's very hard to get her mad.
Gift:
Ciela is able to use moves that are normally only usable on the user on others. For example, she can use Mist to hide another 'mon, or refresh to heal someone else. Her return is powered by the feelings toward her of the people around her; if she was surrounded by, say, the young Pokemon she raised, it would be very strong.
Personality:
Ciela can be summed up as motherly. She can't stand to see another Pokemon in trouble, or even a human for that matter. She will always help if she can, or even if she can't. She enjoys the company of others, as well as people (or in this case Pokemon) watching; sitting in, say, the park, and watching what those around her are doing, what they're saying, how they're feeling. She is sweet and caring and doesn't often get mad.
If she does get mad, you may have to go through a long talking to.
She sees her purpose in life as raising young Pokemon who need help. That's why she made her group Diadem; she just couldn't turn away from the poor, orphaned bird Pokemon. She has no time for love; she loves her "family" of Diadem and doesn't even think about it.
She is naturally peaceful, and will not fight unless she must. If she does have to fight, she prefers to do so in a somewhat large battle so that she doesn't have to fight, she can just help those around her stay alive using her gift. For this reason she doesn't know many battle moves; but the ones she knows are strong.
Description:
Ciela is an average Altaria... for a shiny, that is. She stands at 3'07", like most others. Like other Altarias, she has a refined soprano singing voice that lulls others to sleep or calmness. Like others of her species, her focal point is her body, covered in thick feather clumps that look like clouds.
Because she is a shiny, what would be blue on a normal Altaria is a bright, cheerful yellow on her. Her body is covered in small yellow feathers that look like skin from far away. She has five tailfeathers, as well as two long feathers that stick out from the back of her head. Her talons are the same shade of yellow. Her cheeks and beak are white, and she wears a silk scarf around her neck.
History:
Ciela was born and raised in Mossdeep City by a young girl named Genevieve. She raised Ciela with all her love, like a young girl would do with a baby doll that she believed was real. In fact, when Genevieve reached the age of ten, the Swablu was like her starter Pokemon.
Genevieve raised a whole team. By the time she was halfway through her gym career, she realized that she needed a Pokemon who could really attack. As Ciela didn't like to attack, she was sent back to Mossdeep to take care of Genevieve's younger sister and play with her. By this time she was an Altaria.
Soon, Ciela was recognized as a soother. She was the Pokemon humans called on when their child was sick to cheer them up. She was soon employed by a children's hospital in Sootopolis to cheer up the kids (Well, not so much employed as given to). She was brought there by boat, but when she arrived she became lost in the market. She happened upon a group of young, orphaned bird Pokemon who would slowly die if left alone.
Ciela took them under her wing (literally), raising them as she was raised. They would be peacemakers, but able to fight if necessary. She started the group Diadem, and has since then helped to raise many Pokemon of all species.
