Andy is a different Totodile in some ways, but still more of an ordinary Totodile you'd find on the streets. Full of himself, he acts tough, but most of the time can't back it up do to how weak he is. He tries to use his jaws and tough words to intimidate others, but his size always kills it. Andy is also kinda gullible, which adds to his non-feirce attitude. He honestly tries though, so we can give him points for that. He is also full of pride, almost a little too much. He never backs down, and most of the time it's annoying. During his time in Team Neon, he would always go wake up random dungeon Pokemon and defeat them on the spot, even if they were on the other side of the room. He didn't care though, anything to show off.
He is also somewhat clumsy, while attack he misses more than normal. This also adds to the waking up Pokemon he doesn't mean to, so the attacking is just a cover up. This bad aim has taught him how to monitor his power comsumtion though, and he can last longer in battles, even though he can't deal much damage with a single attack, unless attacking a particuarly large target, then he'll attack to his heart's content. He is also a loudmouth during battle, thinking he knows everything that's going to happen, but really doesn't.

Andy actually looks like a normal Totodile. His scales are blue, the ripple like scales on his back is red, his jaws are filled with razor sharp teeth, everything a healthy Totodile should be. There is one main difference, though, and that is his eye color. Normal Totodiles have red eyes, but Andy has a lightish green color. His yellow "vest" his also lighter yellow, but isn't too noticeable unless he's standing next to another Totodile. Even then you'd have to look closely to notice the difference. He also proudly wears a muscle band around his arm, believing it would make him look tougher. It's slighty faded in color due to the amount of water and sunlight the poor band has seen.

Andy's history is an odd one, but followable nonetheless. First, Andy was born to a over protective mother, a Feraligatr, and a Quagsire father who liked making his son battle. Being an only child, he father pushed him hard, trying to make him stronger even though he wasn't that old. His mother, on the other hand, was seriously annoyed with the way her son was being trained, and eventually started a fight between the two. Due to this fighting, the scared little Totodile we all know as Andy ran off, eventually reaching Teasure town. Taking residence in the local ocean and cave. After a while, some weird things happened, and Andy was put on a team with a petty theif that was sent on Volunteer duty and a Charmander that has freaking claws all over her. With the two, Andy formed Team Neon. With the newly formed team, Andy did all kinds of Mystery Dungeon stuff until one day, the team went poof. Andy doesn't quite remember what happened, but is pretty sure it had to do with Charmander guts. After Bellatrix fled with her Kingler slave, Andy decided that staying in the town was a bad idea. So, following Bella's lead, like normal, he left to Hoenn. After wandering around it and stuff for a while, Andy eventually came to Sootopolis, where he joined up with the Tsunami Gang, feeling better that he was back in a group. True, it didn't have a crazy Charmander or a borderline Kleptomaniac, but it was good enough.

Andy seems to have no particular gift, unless you count bad aiming as one. His ability, which is the same for most Totodiles, is Torrent, which powers up his water based moves when he's running low on hp. His hold item, as stated in the description, is a muscle band. Andy seems to have no talent as well as no gift, being quite normal. His attacks are:
